About the Role:

The Manager, Platform Solution Development leads the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of business analysis and solution design capabilities across the shared insurance platform. This role is accountable for ensuring business needs are clearly translated into high-quality, scalable solutions that support platform modernization, operational enablement, accuracy, traceability, and continuity.

You will helpestablishPlatform Solution Development as a core organizational capability by driving consistentrequirementspractices, clear ownership of solution design, and effective collaboration across teams. This role also includes people management responsibility for recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing the performance of ateam of Business Analysts, while informally leading cross-functional contributors across product, technology, operations, and support.

  • Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in a technical subject such as Computer Science or Engineering, or in a business discipline, preferred but notrequired.

  • MBA or management degree desirable.

  • Strong understanding of business analysis practices,requirementslifecycle management, solution design, documentation standards, and traceability.

  • Experience onboarding products, services, and features onto enterprise platforms and translating business needs into scalable solution designs.
