About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst III to support multiple IT initiatives focused on delivering high quality, cost effective technology solutions aligned to strategic business goals. This role requires a strong balance of business analysis expertise and technical proficiency, along with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
This is a hybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA, requiring onsite presence three days per week. Candidates must be local to the Alpharetta area and available for onsite interviewing.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, define, and document complex business requirements and end to end processes
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and techno functional requirements
  • Develop system specifications, process flows, and conversion strategies
  • Perform analysis on existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and solution options
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, remote development teams, data scientists, and engineers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented
  • Work closely with technical teams on API driven solutions, integrations, and data flows
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including As Is and To Be process models
  • Identify and document process improvements using best practices and data analysis
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of AI enabled solutions that automate processes and enhance decision making
  • Support testing activities and maintain automated test scripts as needed
  • Follow established business processes, quality standards, and delivery protocols
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
General:
  • BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience required; ISEB qualified Business Analyst preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence three days per week at Alpharetta, GA office is required. Relocation assistance is not offered, and candidates must be able to reliably commute.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or technical environment
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and functional specifications
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience documenting As Is and To Be processes and working with cross functional stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and stakeholder communications
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, engineers, and remote teams across multiple initiatives

Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands on experience working with APIs and web services, including REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, and related tools such as Postman
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, schemas, and data flows
  • Experience writing and analyzing SQL or database queries
  • Demonstrated experience with Python coding, data analysis, and data visualization
  • Working knowledge of conceptual data modeling, UML, and system integration patterns

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
