Job description

Our Restoration client is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our production operations across the Atlanta market. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing all mitigation and reconstruction activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
We are looking for a proven restoration leader who understands the insurance restoration business and is energized by helping grow a company from $2M to $5M+ in annual revenue.
Position Overview
The Senior Production Manager owns the full production pipeline, including:
  • Water mitigation operations
  • Fire, smoke, and contents restoration
  • Reconstruction project management
  • Crew scheduling and dispatch
  • Field technicians and subcontractor oversight
  • Equipment, warehouse, and fleet management
  • Job quality, documentation, and compliance
  • Job profitability, cycle times, and operational KPIs

You will work closely with ownership and department leaders to ensure the production team delivers exceptional service while maintaining strong margins and disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop mitigation technicians, reconstruction teams, and project managers.
  • Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for production staff.
Operational Management
  • Direct daily job scheduling, dispatch, and field operations.
  • Ensure all projects meet ServiceMaster, insurance carrier, and industry standards.
  • Maintain equipment readiness, warehouse organization, and fleet operations.
  • Improve production systems, workflows, and documentation processes.
Project & Financial Performance
  • Monitor job profitability, labor efficiency, and production cycle times.
  • Ensure accurate job documentation, moisture logs, scopes, and compliance files.
  • Collaborate with estimating and administrative teams to support accurate scoping and billing.
  • Resolve jobsite challenges, customer concerns, and adjuster communications promptly.
Customer & Carrier Relations
  • Maintain strong communication with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and confidence on every project.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and drive positive reviews and repeat business.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Performance Bonuses: $20,000 - $40,000+
Total Compensation Potential: $110,000 - $150,000+
