Highstreet Insurance is a relationship-driven independent agency looking for an exceptional Commercial Client Manager to join our team. As a commercial client manager, you play a vital role in ensuring our commercial clients receive the service, coverage and care they need. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued commercial clients.

What you'll do:
Build lasting relationships, providing service and support to commercial clients. You'll be the first point of contact for commercial clients, handling their day-today questions, proactively work with the client on policy renewals, support the client during claims and handle the full life cycle of the policy. You will be key in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts and provide prompt, efficient, high-quality service to designated accounts in support of commercial activities.
  • Manage commercial accounts book of business
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure exceptional client services for requests
  • Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Prepare and support the renewal cycle

What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy being part of a positive team, strive towards goals, attention the detail, develop and build strong relationships with clients, and are team centric.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain (materials and fees paid by Highstreet)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, commercial account management or a related field.
