This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.
The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with experience handling insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage/coverage litigation attorneys who handle cases in Nevada and throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters
  • Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
  • In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery
  • Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
  • Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
  • 5+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience
  • Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
  • Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
  • Coverage analysis and writing experience
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
