About the Role

As Insurance Agency Operations Manager, you oversee daily administrative and technical functions. You bridge the gap in many areas that impact growth including workflow optimization, technology utilization, carrier relationships, employee management/Human Resources, and billing and finance. Prior ops management is not required; more so with insurance industry experience this is a role where you can grow and learn more over time.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure department collaboration in multiple divisions such as Human Resources, accounting, finance, and information technology
  • Conduct audits and assist the service team with workflows and Best Practices
  • Strengthen insurance company relationships, review contracts, and manage appointments
  • Provide support to the executive team with strategic planning and budget review
