Job Description

We are a residential restoration company that is a "Preferred Contractor" on several insurance programs that service DFW and the surrounding areas. We perform roof repairs/replacements, along with exterior and interior home repairs.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, full-time Project Manager that can plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This includes the completion of residential repairs caused by water, wind, hail, fire among other catastrophes. Candidate must possess good customer service skills and be able to professionally interact with insurance companies, homeowners, and sub-contractors.

Project Manager is required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week and may be required to work weekends & evenings depending on business and insurance needs.

Qualifying candidate must have the following requirements:

· Experience in residential construction to successfully manage multiple projects at a time

· Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

· Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

· Must present a clean, well-groomed professional appearance

· Be computer literate, including usage on smartphone/device

· Contacts with quality sub-contractors/skilled tradesmen with clean backgrounds is a plus

· Knowledge in Xactimate and XactAnalysis preferred

· Bilingual in Spanish preferred
