What You'll Do
  • Lead construction management / construction administration services on municipal and public works projects from pre-bid through closeout.
  • Oversee activities such as plan reviews, shop drawings, pay estimates, change orders, claims support, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • Manage planning, scheduling, budgets, and reporting.
  • Maintain document control and LPA compliance.
  • Ensure quality control, safety awareness, and effective field coordination.
  • Support proposals and client-facing efforts.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years experience managing construction-phase municipal/public infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of LPA processes including reporting and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Solid project management fundamentals (budget, schedule, coordination).
Preferred
  • Experience leading inspection teams.
  • Local municipal experience in Northeast Ohio.
  • DOT or LPA certifications.

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $100,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
