Were seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive projects from initial estimate through completion.

Primary Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets
Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and resource providers
Schedule subcontractors, crews, and material suppliers
Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements
Negotiate terms and set clear expectations with subcontractors and vendors
Oversee project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability
Estimating & Project Planning
Evaluate, scope, and sell reconstruction projects
Create and review estimates for accuracy and completeness
Obtain customer and client approval on scope and pricing
Review budgets and identify cost risks or variances
Ensure proper permits and documentation are secured
Customer Experience & Closeout
Manage overall customer experience from start to finish
Educate customers on the construction process
Compile and resolve punch list items
Perform final walk-throughs with customers
Secure Certificates of Completion and Satisfaction
Manage warranty-related items and follow-ups
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Experience & Skill Set
Strong customer service track record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Intermediate math and estimating skills
Experience in construction and/or restoration preferred
Project management experience preferred
Education & Credentials
High school diploma or GED required
Valid drivers license required
