Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional programs supporting SMT/PCBA manufacturing operations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex customer and internal programs from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations in a fast-paced production environment.
The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programs, driving schedules, cost control, risk management, and communication to ensure successful delivery aligned with customer and business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program execution for customer and internal manufacturing programs within SMT/PCBA operations
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, NPI, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams
  • Monitor program cost, scope, and timelines, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans
  • Track and report program KPIs, including schedule adherence, cost performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Support new product introductions (NPI), including build readiness, pilot runs, and production ramp-up
  • Facilitate regular program review meetings and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Manage change requests, engineering changes (ECR/ECO), and program documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and customer requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to program execution and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support contract review, quoting inputs, and capacity planning in partnership with Sales and Operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in SMT/PCBA or electronics manufacturing required
  • Strong understanding of SMT processes, PCBA manufacturing, and production lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting NPI, customer programs, and production ramp activities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
