Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Benefits Manager who enjoys working directly with clients and playing a key role in managing their benefits programs. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in group benefits, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.
In this role, you’ll support a growing book of business by guiding clients through renewals, open enrollment, and day-to-day account needs. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for both employers and their employees, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare renewal packages, including plan comparisons and cost breakdowns
  • Guide clients through open enrollment and assist with employee communication materials
  • Respond to employee questions and provide support with claims and coverage issues
  • Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and policy updates accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active Life/Health license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group account management
  • Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Employee Navigator preferred
