Finance & Insurance Manager - Melloy Chevrolet (Los Lunas, NM)
Melloy Auto Group is a family-owned dealership serving New Mexico for over 60 years. We're looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who can produce, protect the deal, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This is a performance role. You're responsible for profitability, compliance, and making sure every deal is clean, funded, and completed the right way.
You'll be working with Chevrolet customers in a high-volume environment where both results and customer satisfaction matter.
What You'll Do
  • Present financing and protection products clearly and professionally
  • Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining customer trust
  • Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals efficiently
  • Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and documentation are complete and accurate
  • Manage contracts in transit (CIT) and ensure timely funding
  • Maintain strong CSI/NPS through a transparent, customer-focused process
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Work closely with sales managers to finalize and deliver deals
  • Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a dealership
  • Strong knowledge of dealership finance, lender programs, and compliance
  • Ability to structure and close deals consistently
  • Deep understanding of contracts, titling, and registration processes
  • Strong attention to detail (no missed signatures, no funding delays)
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver's license
