Job description

The Program Manager is to ensure that the assigned program is in compliance with state license regulations, Joint Commission, DCF/ADM contract requirements, Gracepoint policies and program level operational procedures. Responsible for the operations, management, and development of assigned program. Functions include program planning, implementation and evaluation; supervision all program staff and activities; supervision of line staff and support staff; preparation and management of budgets; interviewing, hiring, and delegation of responsibilities to staff; preparing administrative reports and grant proposals; coordinating program activities with other community agencies.

Must have (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)LMHC, LCSW or LMFT. Three (3) to six (6) years of Human Service/Behavioral Health experience. Knowledge of direct services, including relevant DSM 5 diagnosis and symptomology.

Knowledge of administration/supervision/and business management. Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret clinical records, procedures, or governmental regulations. Valid Florida driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
