Position Summary
ISPA Technology is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and execution of complex programs and projects supporting government and commercial customers. The Program/Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all aspects of program performance, including technical execution, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and customer engagement.
This position serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensures program objectives are achieved within established cost, schedule, and performance requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of programs and projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Direct technical teams and coordinate resources to achieve program objectives.
  • Establish and monitor program milestones, deliverables, and critical success factors.
  • Manage program risks, issues, and change requests while implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor contract performance, resource utilization, and financial performance.
  • Prepare and present program status reports, briefings, and executive-level communications.
  • Support business development, proposal efforts, and strategic planning activities as required.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
