DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is looking to fill Program Manager positions supporting a number of customers based out of the Army C4ISR Center on a part-time and full-time basis.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
  • Manages cost, schedule, technical performance and risks.
  • Interfaces with Government Management to resolve problems.
  • Provides day to day direction and expert functional guidance to employees.
  • Establishes priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives.
  • Interfaces between Government customer and Contractor.
  • Distributes and balances workload in accordance with established workflows and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
  • Gives on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
  • Leads the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements,
  • Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, suspenses and time frames for completion.
  • Provides instruction and assistance as necessary on problems or issues.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Knowledge of Defense of Defense acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage people and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve customer outcomes.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Program Manager is required. Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience providing program management support to a DoW program office throughout the complete lifecycle of a complex system.
  • Experience analyzing integrated program schedules, tracking and analyzing key execution metrics, and identifying and synchronizing cross-functional interdependencies.
  • Experience preparing detailed briefings, reports, and decision support materials for government leadership.
  • Experience managing and coordinating contractor personnel in support of contract execution and leading the contractor team to meet all program objectives and contractual requirements by providing comprehensive and effective support.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Contracting Officer Representatives.
