  • Help define analytical data products and reusable datasets.

Business Partnership

  • Work directly with Finance, Operations, PMApp, and other business teams.
  • Communicate analytical findings in business terms.
  • Drive adoption of predictive insights within operational workflows.
  • Support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations.

Vendor & Technology Leadership

  • Partner with strategic consulting and implementation partners, including CDW and future analytics partners.
  • Evaluate analytics platforms, machine learning technologies, and AI capabilities.
  • Establish best practices for model development, governance, and deployment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience building predictive models in business environments.

  • Azure Databricks or similar cloud analytics platforms
  • Data warehousing and data governance concepts

Success Profile

    • Partnering with leaders to identify strategic business opportunities for predictive analytics.
