WONDER is seeking experienced Bathroom Installers to support our growing Shower & Bath division in Rochester, NY. We are looking for dependable, customer-focused installation professionals who take pride in workmanship, communication, and job site cleanliness. We are looking for experienced, responsible, career-focused Installation professionals to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Even if you have similar construction experience, we may be interested in training you further to expand your knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to safely use power tools.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to our job specifications.
  • Ability to prep and repair bathroom shower & tub features.
  • Reviewing project details with customers in their home.
  • Timely and Accurate job documentation including paperwork and photos.
  • Collect Payment from customers at completion of job.

Qualifications:
  • NYS Driver's License Required.
  • Minimum 2 years of bathroom shower & tub installation-related experience.
  • Cooperative, easy-going personality when dealing with customers.
  • Ready to learn as well as teach others so that we all improve together.
  • Having a positive, safety-focused outlook.
  • Able to work 8-9 hour days if needed and OT on Saturday mornings.

Compensation:
  • $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience
