WONDER is seeking experienced independent contractor bathroom installation crews for consistent Shower & Bath installation projects throughout the Rochester market.
Wonder is looking for professional independent contractors capable of excellent Walk-In Shower installs (tub to shower conversions, Walk-In Baths) and providing exceptional customer experience. If you are a capable independent contractor that does not want to chase down your own leads for a consistent work schedule, let us do that for you!
Our model consists of two-man crews per job. Several of our independent contractors may run multiple teams depending on their own operation. The typical earnings and process is outlined below per team. We have plenty of opportunity for those looking for a consistent and steady workload, without feeling like you are always on the hustle and grind.

Compensation:
  • Average earnings per crew: $4,500 - $6,000 per week.

Job Summary:
  • Responsible for the professional installation of shower and bath products using industry best practices and in adherence with company installation and timeliness guidelines. Guidelines include proper documentation and photos.
  • Must be capable of lifting, when necessary, heavy materials into place to perform their job function.
  • In some cases, installation will require the ability to work in a confined space and in various types of weather.
  • Majority of our installers work in two-man teams with a lead and assistant.
  • Most projects are completed in two days. A typical week for an installer would be Monday/Tuesday for job 1, and then Thursday/Friday for job 2.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate product at installations.
  • Install structures or fixtures, such as Walk-in Baths, Showers, Tubs, Glass Doors, Wall Paneling, Hardware, etc., while using carpenters' hand or power tools.
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment, following company procedures, policies and ethics.
  • Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace; using hand tools as needed.
  • Clean and haul away debris from all job sites. Maintain clean environment of job site, including vehicles and trailers; project tear off as needed.
  • Complete job paperwork, including photos, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collect payment on all jobs upon completion.
