Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering exceptional service and support
  • Handle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests related to policies, billing, and account updates
  • Manage policy updates, vehicle changes, auto-pay adjustments, renewals, and coverage inquiries
  • Retain clients by providing solution-based insurance options and proactively identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage
  • Document all client interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests
  • Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Support agency goals by contributing to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred
  • Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Skilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions
  • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus
