Givens Communities is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our corporate marketing team! This position is responsible for structuring marketing campaigns, automation and reporting systems within the HubSpot Marketing Hub. The marketing operations manager leads campaigns directed at future residents and program members in support of Givens Communities and all campuses and programs.
What you'll do:
  • Operational owner and executer of all HubSpot platform work
  • Drives execution, visibility, and system reliability across the organization for all HubSpot content
  • Builds campaign infrastructure and automation, including reporting and attribution structure
  • Creates content for marketing materials and campaigns for all marketing platforms
  • In concert with marketing team, ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, tone, and customer experience across all marketing materials and communications
  • Support efforts to update brand realignment within corporate marketing platforms including websites, social media channels and digital advertising channels
  • Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What you'll need:
  • 4 - 7 years' experience managing HubSpot platform, including HubSpot certifications for Marketing Hub
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail; able to create detailed executional plans for campaigns and key announcements
  • Experienced working in Adobe Illustrator & PhotoShop, Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Gain, Canva

Compensation is $85,000 - $90,000 per year, based on background and experience, and includes our comprehensive benefits package
