Position Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse, production, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, exceptionally detailed and the ability to lead effectively. This role will work closely with ownership and department leaders to ensure efficiency, quality, food safety, and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise warehouse, production, and delivery teams.
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Manage employee scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate receiving activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with employee training and performance management.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and administrative departments.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace.
Qualifications

  • 3 years of operations or management experience required.
  • Experience in food distribution, seafood, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated environments when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
