This position will report into the Vice President of Fulfillment Operations and will be required to work out of our New Castle, DE facility. The position schedule will follow our Shift 2 hours of between 6pm-430am.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage the safety, staffing, training, and overall performance of the week/weekend shift 2 employees.
  • Monitor staff productivity and assign tasks as needed.
  • Lead from the front, owning all aspects of on site operations, logistics, and processing of products without reduction in quality while balancing throughput and cost
  • Own/deliver on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Throughput, and service KPI's
  • The ability to work independently, as well with partnering with other shift supervisors.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and accessible resource for team members.
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed and devise techniques to improve team efficiency.
  • Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role in an operations environment
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including an ability to understand and relay company policies/procedures.
  • Dependable and personable team player who works well with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven problem solver with an understanding of general business implications of decisions.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment with little room for error.
  • Influential leader who can inspire/motivate others and effectively drive change within the department.
  • Strong project management and planning/organizational skills; ability to develop and execute realistic action plans.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within trading cards, tickets and other forms of sports and non-sports collectibles.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $104,000-$115,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
