Dental Office Manager
We are a fast-paced, PRIVATE and busy dental office seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, patient-focused, and thrives in a high-energy environment while leading a team with professionalism and positivity.
Responsibilities
  •  Oversee daily front office and administrative operations 
  •  Manage scheduling, patient flow, and team coordination 
  •  Oversee insurance verification, billing, and collections 
  •  Maintain knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures 
  •  Work with North Carolina Medicaid claims, eligibility, and compliance 
  •  Support and motivate team members to maintain excellent patient care 
  •  Assist with reports, production goals, and office performance 
  •  Ensure a welcoming and professional patient experience 
Qualifications
  •  Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience required
