Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Denver office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. You will be the central point of contact for office-related matters and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
  • Plan and organize office events and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and maintenance.
