Position: AMFAM Customer Service Office Manager Location: Blaine, MN

Work-Life Balance: Monday through Thursday: 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, Friday: 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations:

Manages office operations and related reporting

Consults regularly with agency owner to review the production results of the agency

Maintains office supply and equipment inventory levels

Schedules appointments with existing or prospective customers for agency employees

Performs daily administrative functions to assist the agency owner, or sales manager

Assists with set up and execution of agency events

Assist with cash handling and banking activities

Service-Related:

Deliver personalized, professional customer service experiences by building trust and developing strong customer relationships.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products following established agency processes and procedures.

Drive customer satisfaction by adhering to best practices: Personal Insurance Review, rate revision notification, and claims process

Process changes to existing accounts and policies.

Assist customers with claims by directing them to the appropriate Claims Department contacts and resources and follow up to ensure customer needs are addressed.

Sales-Related:

Participate in reviews of existing coverages and advise customers regarding policy options.

Estimate and quote policy premiums in compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions and take appropriate action.

Contact appropriate business partners for guidance when needed.
