Our private dental office is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our established practice in Gilbert, AZ. This is an opportunity to partner with an experienced clinical team, create an exceptional patient experience, and help drive the continued growth and success of the practice. Based on the existing opening details, this is a full-time, Monday–Friday leadership role with team bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
 
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a positive, patient-focused office culture
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
  • Manage insurance claims, billing, and collections processes
  • Partner with providers and leadership to achieve practice goals
