Location: Beverly, MA


Our rapidly growing Farmers Insurance agency is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing efficient processes, and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.


As the Office Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the agency running smoothly by supporting the sales and service teams, managing office operations, coordinating administrative functions, and helping drive the agency's continued growth. You'll work closely with the Agency Owner to improve efficiency, develop team members, and ensure outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency office.

Lead, coach, and support the sales and customer service teams to achieve agency goals.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

Active Property Casualty Insurance License required.

Life Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in an agency environment.

Previous leadership, office management, or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policy servicing, underwriting, and agency operations.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using agency management systems, CRM platforms, and carrier quoting systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improving processes.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to pass all required background checks and maintain all applicable insurance licenses in good standing.
