As a Marketing Manager for PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Bellevue, Washington, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to district leadership, helping shape business strategy, drive market growth and position PCL to win the right opportunities.   • Leads the district's marketing strategy, ensuring initiatives support business goals, market growth and measurable results.
  • Provides vision, mentorship and leadership to a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and excellence.
  • Oversees pursuit strategy for key opportunities, partnering with proposal and operations teams to develop winning approaches in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Facilitates strategic planning, SWOT analyses and market assessments to identify opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Guides the development of compelling content and strategic storytelling that enhances PCL's brand and market presence.
  • Leads market and competitor research to inform business decisions and support district growth.
  • Provides executive-level editing, messaging and communications support to ensure content is clear, compelling and aligned with PCL's brand.
  • Partners with the marketing team to shape and advance the district's digital and social media presence in support of business objectives.
  • Oversees the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, events and campaigns that strengthen client relationships and elevate PCL's reputation.
  • Champions quality, innovation and continuous improvement, driving the creation of award-winning marketing and proposal deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent. 
  • 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with prior supervisory experience highly recommended.
  • Experience developing and managing brand best practices and able to build, execute, and manage the district brand strategy and participate in national and sector brand planning. 
  • Experience initiating and managing district-level marketing strategic plan development and implementation with alignment to district and company strategic-planning processes. 
  • Ability to interpret and utilize data analytics to create, change, and manage marketing plans and strategies. 
  • Exceptional knowledge of and ability to manage strategic implementation of all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media. 
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Suite products, and Bluebeam.
  • Exceptional team player with ability to build, develop, mentor and inspire a marketing team. 

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 to $124,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
