ExamWorks is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join the team as a Marketing Manager

This is a remote role Monday - Friday standard business hours. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States. 

The Marketing Manager works closely with the VP of Business Development and General Managers to create various marketing strategies and to support the growth of the SBU’s. This position is responsible for the strategy, and creation of marketing and advertising campaigns, social media updates and campaigns, and content creation for the IME Business Unit. Demonstrate a team oriented approach, ensure all work and materials are accurate and timely and strive to maintain current market knowledge in order to provide superior marketing content.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Direct and provide marketing strategy for the business unit
  • Develop annual marketing plan and budget as necessary to achieve goals
  • Provide leadership and support the design, development and implementation of products and service lines.
  • Develop the market and competitor analysis.
  • Develop market research projects as needed to support strategy.
  • Design and launches email campaigns.
  • Determine events to attend, develop corresponding budget and manage expenses within budget
  • Provide sales support by creating needed strategies for the sales team.
  • Provide market strategies and support for the business unit.
  • Prepare monthly presentation of current projects and results.
  • Prepare presentations to explain the company’s current and future strategies.
  • Maintain long term relationships with business partners, clients and staff.
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in communications and/or marketing
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, two years within a healthcare organization or related industry preferred
  • Must have effective project management skills with the ability to develop strategies that differentiate products and services in a competitive market environment.
  • Must use intuition and experience to effectively market the company’s services.
  • Must have the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team-oriented environment.
