As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work with agency-provided leads to help clients find the right property and casualty insurance solutions. We provide ongoing training, coaching, and support, along with a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses. Total annual earning potential ranges from $70,000 to $115,000.

  • Perform accurate underwriting to ensure policy compliance and quality.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Experience: Previous Allstate Experience required.
  • Demonstrated sales success and a customer-focused approach.
