  Responsibilities
  • Present finance and insurance products using a professional F&I menu presentation
  • Structure automotive finance deals and obtain lender approvals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners
  • Maximize dealership profitability while providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products including:
    • Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs)
    • GAP Protection
    • Extended Warranties
    • Maintenance Plans
    • Tire & Wheel Protection
    • Appearance Protection
    • Ancillary Products
  • Prepare accurate finance contracts and ensure deal funding
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Work closely with the sales team, desk managers, lenders, and customers throughout the purchase process
  • Ensure all finance paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat and referral business
  Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, Finance and Insurance Manager, F&I Manager, Finance Producer, Desk Manager, or Automotive Sales Manager
  • Previous automotive dealership experience required
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Automotive finance
    • Auto lending
    • Finance contracts

    • Product presentation
  • Experience selling finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products
