What You'll Do

As our F&I Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers secure financing and protecting their vehicle investment through finance and aftermarket products while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options to customers
  • Secure approvals through a network of lending institutions
  • Maximize finance and product profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Review and ensure accuracy of all deal paperwork and documentation
  • Contract and fund retail, lease, and cash transactions
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Resolve funding and contract issues promptly and professionally
  • Sell vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, maintenance plans, and other aftermarket products
  • Assist sales consultants with deal structure and finance-related questions
  • Support dealership goals through professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
  • Attend weekly management and department meetings
QualificationsRequired
  • Previous Automotive F&I Management experience
  • Proven track record of success in finance production and product sales
  • Strong knowledge of automotive lending, leasing, compliance, and dealership processes
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Preferred
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar platforms
  • Luxury automotive dealership experience
