Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall is looking for a driven, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our high-performing team. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional who knows how to build relationships, create value, and close business at the highest level.

The Finance & Insurance Specialist is a key contributor to dealership success, responsible for helping customers navigate financing options, protecting their vehicle investment, and delivering exceptional ownership experience. This role works closely with our Sales Team, dealership leadership, lenders, and customers to create a seamless purchase process while driving strong sales and profitability results.

We are looking for a top-performing sales professional with a winning mindset, strong organization skills, and a passion for delivering results. F&I experience is preferred, but dealership experience and a proven track record of sales success are required.

• Use exceptional sales skills, product knowledge, and relationship-building abilities to maximize customer value and dealership performance.
• Present and sell F&I products including vehicle service contracts, GAP protection, maintenance plans, tire and wheel coverage, appearance protection, key replacement, and other value-added solutions.
• Build trust with customers through a consultative approach focused on education, transparency, and long-term satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales Consultants to create a smooth transition from vehicle selection through final delivery.
• Work with banks, credit unions, and lending partners to secure competitive financing solutions for customers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed goals related to product penetration, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
• Maintain accurate contracts, documentation, and funding packages while following all compliance requirements.
• Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer incentives, dealership processes, and evolving F&I products.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of strong product penetration and finance performance.

  • Experience with RouteOne, Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management systems preferred.
