Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Helena clinic.

  • Coordinate facility operations, office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor operational performance and help drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous office management, healthcare administration, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
