Compensation:

$45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues
  • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients
  • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers
  • Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients

Qualifications:
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills required
  • Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs; experience using agency management systems considered a plus
  • Valid, state issued insurance license is mandatory: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License
  • Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines
  • Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed
