Position Overview:
Marnette Bromberg - Allstate Insurance is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Sales Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and expand referral networks.
  • Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Proactively market and cross-sell products to warm and cold leads.
  • Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
