Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Pain Management, Urgent Care & Wellness
Laredo, Texas
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Epic is a rapidly growing, patient-centered practice providing integrated care across pain management, urgent care, and wellness services throughout Texas. We are seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our expanding team in Laredo, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for acute conditions, injuries, and chronic pain
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans across pain management, urgent care, and wellness services
  • Perform in-office procedures including joint and trigger point injections, suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR (with scribe support)
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care
  • Stay current with best practices across multiple service lines
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas
  • Current DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in urgent care, pain management, primary care, or a related field preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
  • Ability to work independently with physician collaboration
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
