The Legal Assistant role provides administrative, litigation, and case management support to attorneys representing insurance companies, insured clients, and self‑insured organizations. Required Qualifications
• Education: Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: 1–3+ years as a civil litigation legal assistant; familiarity with defense litigation strongly preferred.
• Court Procedures: Knowledge of e‑filing and service‑of‑process requirements in both state and federal courts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case‑management systems, and e‑filing platforms.
• Key Competencies: Strong writing, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Legal Knowledge: Understanding of legal terminology, pleadings, and digital document management.
