Transactional Liability/M&A Insurance Intern

Job Spec
Mosaic's Transactional Liability/M&A division is looking for a summer intern in New York to assist our team onM&A, tax, and contingent liability insurance placements.


Responsibilities
Managing workflow on deal opportunities that contemplate use of representations & warranties, tax or
contingent liability insurance, including assisting in managing the underwriting process and negotiating
confidentiality agreements, non-reliance letters, and other ancillary documentation
Analyzing mergers and acquisitions-related documents, including reviewing financial statements, business
background information and purchase agreements, and researching issues related to M&A transactions
Preparing quotes and policy documents for insurance of M&A, tax and contingent liability transactions
Collaboration with marketing team to develop materials and presentations
Coordinating and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and clients
