In this role, you'll spend your day building relationships, educating clients, and helping individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs. Success comes from staying organized, following up consistently, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through the sale.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance options.
  • Following up on inbound leads while proactively generating new business opportunities.
  • Preparing personalized insurance quotes and explaining coverage in a simple, confident manner.
  • Building lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within our CRM and quoting systems.
  • Staying current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and licensing requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is motivated, coachable, and excited to build a long-term career in insurance sales. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Sales experience is valuable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
