  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Actively pursue leads through calling, referrals, networking, and community involvement
  • Stay in compliance with licensing requirements and company policies
  • Respond to policyholder questions, concerns, and requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, and support as needed

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, or team leadership
