Company Description Alpha Lee Insurance is an independent, licensed agency focused on simplifying Medicare and health insurance so clients can make confident coverage decisions. The agency compares multiple carriers to help clients find suitable Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans. Alpha Lee Insurance also supports individuals and families with ACA Marketplace plans, long-term care insurance, and life insurance solutions. The agency proudly serves clients across 10 states and is dedicated to clear guidance, transparency, and ongoing support.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Insurance Agent at Alpha Lee Insurance. In this position, the agent will advise clients on Medicare, ACA Marketplace, long-term care, and life insurance options, ensuring coverage aligns with their needs and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotes, and presenting plan comparisons from multiple carriers. The agent will handle application submissions, follow up on approvals, maintain accurate client records, and provide ongoing policy support. Collaboration with the internal team to stay current on product changes, compliance requirements, and market trends is also essential.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.
