YOUR LIFE AS A HCM PROJECT MANAGEMENT - IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
This full-time administration data entry position with our office works during business hours.
As an HCM Project Management - Implementation Specialist with our technology company, you're responsible for the implementation and project management of all new client conversions. You use internal resources to develop and maintain project schedules, complete project documentation, and lead ongoing new client onboarding. In collaboration with our sales team, you execute initial discovery calls with key decision-makers and functionaries to ensure all conversion data and timelines are communicated and agreed upon. You also facilitate employee wage data, prior tax liabilities, agency POAs, and banking data.
Additionally, you ensure imports are balanced and reconciled prior to the first live payroll. As needed, you perform quality assurance checks to make sure payroll frequencies, PTO plans, benefit reductions, earning codes, garnishments, time entry, and HR functions are correctly implemented. When adjustments need to be made, you take care of them promptly and efficiently. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Experience working with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology
