Responsibilities for Implementation Project Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation planning, execution, and delivery for assigned clients, ensuring milestones, timelines, and contractual commitments are met.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, implementation schedules, readiness checkpoints, and go-live activities.

  • Identify, document, and mitigate implementation risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to ensure configuration, data exchange, training, operational processes, and service models are aligned to client requirements.

  • Ensure project documentation, decision logs, action items, and implementation artifacts are maintained in accordance with organizational standards.

Candidates for Implementation Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of project management experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to effectively shift back and forth from a variety of projects and priorities.

  • Familiarity with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
