Our team is passionate, collaborative, and deeply committed to health equity and human dignity.What You’ll HandleAs Executive Assistant, you’ll keep the Executive Office running on time and on point—so our CEO and Executive Leadership team can stay focused on big-picture work. You’ll manage complex calendars and communications, coordinate Board of Directors support (agendas, materials, minutes, and portal updates), and help plan meetings, travel, and key events. You’ll also pitch in with office administration—records, supplies, mail, light AP/purchase order tracking, and coordinating IT support and equipment tracking—while handling sensitive information with discretion.Required:- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role- Strong organization, prioritization, and detail skills- Clear written/verbal communication; excellent judgment and confidentiality- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and task/project tools- Commitment to Fourth Street Clinic’s mission and valuesPreferred: nonprofit/healthcare/social services experience; Board support; relevant bachelor’s degree. Expect a steady rhythm of emails, meeting prep, and polished documents—plus the occasional “can you work your magic on this?” moment. Some days are Board-heavy (packets, notes, follow-ups); others are all about keeping the office humming—vendors, supplies, and the little details that prevent big headaches. You’ll wrap up by teeing up tomorrow’s priorities so leadership walks in ready to go.  There will be a need for some evenings based on board needs and organization demand.The Good StuffWe offer Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus Life Insurance.
