Job description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located at customer's site.

and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations.
AT&T has an opening for a Service Reliability Lead to support the Intelligence Community in providing support the customer's computer data communications systems, providing design specifications, testing and inspections for computer networks; plan and implementing upgrades; as well as, analyzing and organizing corresponding hardware and software combined solutions through network modeling.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading a team of 6-10 geographically dispersed FTE's accountable for the execution of the incident and problem management processes within a complex and robust Intelligence Community communications network.
  • Responsible for the training, mentoring, development, and accountability of all personnel assigned to the team.
  • Responsible for management of personnel and material resources to ensure tasks and services met or exceed contract SLO/SLA's in compliance with the contract SOW and QASP.
  • Responsible for the oversight of individual and team efficiency and effectiveness by developing and implementing local quality control processes to inspect, measure, and implement solutions to drive performance.
  • Serves as the technical advisor and Program representative at Site meetings, Program meetings, and Technical Exchanges ensuring programmatic equities are accounted for while balancing the needs of the site, customer, and enterprise.
  • Tasks internal and external resources (including vendors) to execute network operations and maintenance activities, recapitalizations, and service enhancement projects to restore services, resolve incidents, and improve network reliability/performance.
  • Collaborates with managers throughout the program to develop solutions to complex network issues preventing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of communications network physical and logical systems.
  • Collaborates with all facets of the Program to develop and implement solutions to drive process improvement, efficiency, and continual service improvement.
  • Collaborates with government and contract representatives within the COMM Enterprise to resolve issues, drive efficiencies, develop short/longer term solutions, and ensure Program equities are considered across the incident and problem management disciplines.
  • Ensures all products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards, and that Program standards, processes, and procedures are followed.
  • Assists Hiring Manager in the acquisition of new talent and employee evaluation processes.

Required Clearance:
TS/SCI with Poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must have 16 years of experience that can be a combination of work history and education. This equates to a Doctorate and 8 years, master's and 10 years, bachelor's and 12 years, associates and 14 years or HS diploma and 16 years. Additional required qualifications include:
  • Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.
  • Must have experience leading technical teams of 4-10 FTE's who are geographically dispersed.
  • Experienced in both Network Incident and Problem Management.
  • Experienced in trouble shooting and developing solutions to network issues that prevent the implementation, operation, and maintenance of communications network physical and logical systems.
  • Experienced in Layer 1 and 2 networking concepts and basic routing fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) products.
