Customer Service Representative

J.W. Rook & Son Inc, is seeking a customer service representative to assist with the day-to-day operations and servicing of our accounts.

Responsibilities

Supports customers with direct services and sales related activities

  • Develop strong client relationships that result in the sale of additional policies
  • Work directly with clients to process endorsements, conduct audits, perform renewal reviews, and writing insurance policies
  • Responsible for delivering service in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner
  • Respond to questions and requests from customers quickly and accurately
  • Pro-actively prospect and generate new business appointments
  • Round out and provide analysis on renewal strategies
  • Maintain existing client relationships that result in a high retention rate
  • Meet sales goals for new business and renewal of existing customers
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with partner insurance carriers
Office Location

You will be working in our office at: 122 W Andrews Street, Bethel, NC 27812

Compensation

Salary plus commission, bonus opportunities, full health benefits, 401k, paid time off

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in insurance or other customer service-related role, North Carolina P&C license preferred or will be required to obtain within 6 months
