Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Philadelphia office, with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Candidates should have experience with litigation involving first party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage disputes and insurance agents/brokers. The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court and an opportunity for professional development.
Ideal candidates must be driven team players who possess excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills. Availability for in-person court appearances and hearings is required. Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania with admission to New Jersey a plus.
