Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team, with transportation litigation experience preferred and the flexibility to work hybrid or fully remote after training.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle insurance defense matters in New Jersey state and federal courts.

  • Conduct and defend depositions.

  • Prepare client reports and discovery responses.

  • Maintain accurate daily billable time entries.

  • Handle commercial motor vehicle cases under a partner, with appropriate training and case-management support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of recent insurance defense experience.

  • Active New Jersey Bar admission required.

  • Strong deposition experience, including both conducting and defending depositions.

  • Experience preparing client reports and discovery responses.

  • Transportation litigation experience, particularly commercial motor vehicle cases, is a bonus.
