Your 'day to day':
  • Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead design and delivery of advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and optimization.
  • Build and maintain automated reporting and data pipelines using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across analytics processes translating raw data into useable data.
  • Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for commercial, sales, and operations teams.
  • Drive adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies across analytics teams.

Who we're looking for:
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Commutable distance to Stamford, CT.
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in data analytics/data science, including 5+ years in leadership roles within CPG or regulated industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proven experience with syndicated market data, retailer scan/loyalty data, and CPG analytics use cases.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple analytics projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AI/ML, PMP) preferred.
