Under guidance/supervisn of attorneys, audit & analyze claim files/billing records/med docs/ policy materials/litigatn submissns to eval compliance. Review claims to verify timely notice of claim/submissn of med bills/compliance w/verificatn protocols. Analyze billed med svcs/procedure codes compared w/fee scheds/ No-Fault regs/reimbursemnt standards. Review denials/verificatn requests/supportg docs for defects/timeliness/reg compliance.Examine records/docs to conform w/reqs on diagnostics/treatmnts billed for No-Faults. Investigate legal/reg research & audit claim issues/paymnt exposure/litigatn risk/compliance deficiencies. Review policies & claim docs for active coverage & benefits eligibility. Prep summaries/audit findings/compliance analyses for review/strategies. Monitor claim delays/doc filings/processing errors for compliance.
